The Story

About Max

Hi, I'm Max. I don't have an elite university behind me, no prominent names in my contacts and no flawless résumé. But:

Just before my 16th birthday I signed up at a gym for the first time. Originally I just wanted to lose weight — but it quickly became clear: I want to be a bodybuilder. I want to be on stage.

I was just as quickly aware of what that takes. Especially PEDs. I spent the next four years educating myself intensively on everything bodybuilding-related — above all on performance-enhancing substances. I absorbed everything the internet had to offer. The result: I was better informed than 90% of the old-school coaches at the time before I had even set foot on a stage myself.

At 19 — even before I had stood on stage myself — I was already successfully coaching competitive athletes. I have always had as much fun educating myself as I did practicing bodybuilding.

In 2017 I completed my first competition prep and became German Vice Champion in bodybuilding. Back then I was coached by Bostin Loyd, who was also known for his doping transparency. During that prep I made literally every mistake you can make — consumed nearly 13 grams of steroids. I'm glad I got out with just a black eye. But it's exactly that experience that means I've personally lived through every problem my athletes run into and can truly relate to what they're going through.

In 2019 I hung up my competition career to focus 100% on coaching — because helping others is my true passion. A lot has happened since: We are today the most successful coaching team in Germany — with the most IFBB Pro Cards and a Mr. Olympia qualification.

In 2017 I started doing social media — and was the first person in Germany to talk fully transparently about doping. First by my own example, later mainly educationally. That's how I built my reputation, grew my community and revolutionized how doping is discussed in Germany.

§ 1 Geltungsbereich

Diese AGB gelten für alle Coaching-Dienstleistungen, die über die Website team-madsen.com angeboten und über den Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe abgewickelt werden. Mit der Buchung erklärt der Kunde sein Einverständnis mit diesen AGB.

§ 2 Vertragsgegenstand

Gegenstand des Vertrags ist ein individuelles Online-Coaching im Bereich Fitness, Ernährung und Supplementierung. Der Umfang richtet sich nach dem gewählten Paket (Lifestyle oder Elite). Die Betreuung erfolgt durch Max Madsen und sein qualifiziertes Expertenteam.

§ 3 Vertragslaufzeit & Kündigung

Der Coaching-Vertrag hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von 12 Monaten. Eine Kündigung ist zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit möglich. Die Kündigung muss schriftlich (E-Mail an coaching@team-madsen.de) spätestens 14 Tage vor Ablauf erfolgen. Ohne fristgerechte Kündigung verlängert sich der Vertrag nicht automatisch.

§ 4 Preise & Zahlung

Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer. Die Zahlung erfolgt über Stripe per Ratenzahlung (monatlich) oder Einmalzahlung. Bei Ratenzahlung wird der monatliche Betrag jeweils zum Stichtag der Erstbuchung eingezogen.

§ 5 Zufriedenheitsgarantie (30-Tage)

Wir bieten eine 30-Tage-Zufriedenheitsgarantie für den ersten Monat des Coachings. Der Kunde kann innerhalb der ersten 30 Tage nach Vertragsbeginn die Erstattung des ersten Monatsbeitrags verlangen, sofern alle folgenden Bedingungen nachweislich erfüllt wurden:

Vollständiges Tracking aller Trainingseinheiten in der Coaching-App
Teilnahme an allen vorgesehenen Check-ins (wöchentlich bzw. täglich je nach Paket)
Nachweisliche Einhaltung des individuellen Ernährungs- und Trainingsplans

Die Erstattung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den ersten Monatsbeitrag. Der Antrag muss innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Vertragsbeginn schriftlich an coaching@team-madsen.de gestellt werden. Die Überprüfung erfolgt anhand der App-Daten und Check-in-Protokolle. Ein Anspruch besteht nicht, wenn die genannten Bedingungen nicht vollständig erfüllt wurden. Die restliche Vertragslaufzeit bleibt von der Garantie unberührt.

§ 6 Widerrufsrecht

Als Verbraucher haben Sie das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (AlmostNatty UG, coaching@team-madsen.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung über Ihren Entschluss informieren.

§ 7 Haftung

Das Coaching stellt keine medizinische Beratung dar. Der Kunde handelt eigenverantwortlich. AlmostNatty UG haftet nicht für gesundheitliche Schäden, die aus der Umsetzung von Coaching-Inhalten entstehen. Die Haftung ist auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.

§ 8 Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Coaching-Materialien, E-Books, Trainingspläne und Inhalte der Madsen Akademie sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte ist nicht gestattet.

§ 9 Schlussbestimmungen

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. Gerichtsstand ist Hamburg.
